Important :

Payment through web-portal will charge 3.75% Transaction charrges extra. International delegates should convert the USD to Indian rupees, by following the conversion rate applicable at the time of registration.

You are almost at the end of the registration process. Now choose the payment option, you are comfortable with. Two payment options are available:

  • Through Credit cards/ Debit cards. This is a preferred and simple option. However, 3.75% transaction charges are levied upon as bank charges. You will get the confirmation spontaneously on your registered email id.
  • Those who are depositing registration fee amount directly in a conference bank account or opting NEFT/RTGS payment option for the conference registration. We request them to kindly fill the form online and provide there Transaction/Receipt no or send us the scanned copy of the same on below email on info@apcon2021.com & bharat.sawhney@mec-9.com, enabling us to trace it for our internal record.
  • Online portal will give the option to select the desired payment option. Follow the payment instructions and you are registered. Congratulations!
  • Last date for completing the IAPM membership formalities is 20th October 2021.
  • Note : The fees of IAPM Conference includes the fees of CME.

Additional Guidelines :

  • The Conference is scheduled to be held though the virtual (online) mode, therefore participants are requested to register through the Online Mode only. In exceptional cases, if you feel difficulty, contact the event organizer from MEC team. If that also does not help, contact any of the organizing committee member. We are there to assist you.
  • All registrations are non-refundable.
  • For submitting the abstract, you will need to first register for the conference. You will need to enter the registration number in the abstract submission form.

Note :

  • In case of abstract submission, fee once paid is non-refundable irrespective of the fact whether abstract is selected or not.
  • Member and Non-Member participants has to pay the respective amount irrespective of the fact whether they are presenting or participating.
  • The Conference is scheduled to be held though the virtual (online) mode, therefore participants are requested to register through the Online Mode only.
